While you were able to hit on the human risk factors, there was an overall opportunity to ensure your information directly correlated to McDonald’s and/or the industry. There was a lot of good, general information on the mitigation policies but there needed to be some level of detail in terms of how it relates to the industry.

What about laws and regulations, how do they or don’t they apply?
